We lost complete A/C on our existing whole house HVAC on a Sunday afternoon. My wife and I decided it was time to replace and upgrade the entire system based on the poor performance history of our existing York unit. I contacted Steven Cherka the owner of CSI mechanical the next day and he came out to our home same day to give us options on a new Trane HVAC 4 ton unit. We chose the 18LXi based on his recommendations and could not be happier. Let me say that Steven and his crew were outanding to work with and extremely knowledgeable and were spot on when it came to attention to details. They listened to our concerns were extremely polite and courteous. Steven and his team worked very hard quickly and efficiently and totally removed our old HVAC system and replaced it with a brand new Trane system in two days we had A/C in our home again. Based on our outstanding experience with CSI, I would highly reccomend them for new and present HVAC work and would higher them again in a minute. A true pleasure to do business with. They answered all questions we had and followed up on all the details for a truly successful installation. Very happy customers here! Thank you Steven!

Steve cherka at csi came to my house to check on my AC unit that stopped working. Steve brought out a window unit to supply us with some relief until he could get back out to install our new unit. I call that exceptional service and a caring person that goes above and beyond

I found myself needing after normal business hours a/c repair. Called the CSI phone number, on the second ring a very nice lady answered and said she would pass my request on to service. Within less than an hour, technician Joey Whisnant arrived greeting me with a friendly smile and simply asked, “point me in the right direction of your a/c unit”. Joey quickly addressed and solved my problem…a/c back up and running. Thank You CSI Mechanical!!

From the initial assessment to the final setup the team at CSI mechanical were efficient, thurough and professional. Our old system was undersized with inadequate duct work. Within a few hours of the new system in operation the comfort level was markedly improved. My only regret is that we didn’t have the professionals from CSI do our original install. Looking forward to years of PM service from CSI mechanical. Thank you to Andy, Joey and Houston who did the majority of the install and to Steven for his knowledge and guidance in purchasing the units that served our needs best. God bless you all

The second day of a new roof installation I noticed that my upstairs air conditioning unit was not working. I called CSI Mechanical and they arrived the next day. Adam found the issue (a line had been punctured when the new roof was installed) and worked directly with the roofers so he could make the repairs. I appreciate the quick service, attention to detail, kindness and caring that Adam displayed – he even made sure my dogs were put up and safe. I want to make them last as long as possible. They have always solved each issue with one visit. They were extremely responsive with same day service. I was very impressed with CSI Mechanical. They treated my family and myself with the utmost respect and had great communication throughout the entire process of fixing our problem. We were given an estimate the same day that the service technician came out. I feel that CSI Mechanical are honest as they presented us with several options to work with and never pushed any of them regardless of price. Each technician that came to our home treated everyone with respect and were very mindful of social distancing while being polite. I highly recommend this company.

So I had an emergency over the weekend with my heat not working. Knew the issue was more than likely Freon being low and needing to be refilled. I called one other area company who came out and insisted I needed a new pump and would not even try adding Freon. Let me add – I have three children. Two being babies. They were trying to sell a unit. Not help. I called CSI. They educated me over the phone about many different possible scenarios I may be facing and did not push me. I ended up asking them to come out yesterday even though it’d be another weekend service fee and I ran the risk of still not having heat. But I felt better about their knowledge and was tired of playing the guessing game. These guys (Adam in particular) came out and added Freon as a trial and error as I figured that was the culprit. I have heat! They were so polite, so knowledgeable about their work, and courteous and understanding! I am SO thankful for y’all! And have already passed your name and number along to another customer in need! Thank y’all!

I work third shift in Charlotte so my schedule was pretty tight. Huge artic blast coming in this weekend and CSI Mechanical understood the reason for a hurry. Steven was very fair with the rate and showed up promptly. Luckily it was a much smaller issue than i thought and he was able to get me running in no time! Earned my business from here on out!
